Common questions
Which consoles does it work on?
PS4, PS4 Slim, PS4 Pro and PC, wired or wireless, just like a stock DualShock 4.
What do TMR sticks change?
Stock sticks use potentiometers that wear and start to drift. TMR sticks read the stick position with magnets and no contact, so there is nothing to wear. They look the same as the originals.
How long does it take?
Each controller is built to order and tested by hand. The standard build time is 2 weeks, then it ships. A Marius board adds 2 weeks.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, custom controllers ship worldwide.
Which shell colours can I choose?
The faceplate comes in 16 colours and designs: solid colours, metallic (silver, titanium, gold, rose gold), clear and camo, with Jet Black as standard. The back shell comes in Black (standard), White, or Black with textured water-drop grips, or in 10 colours. Every DS4 build gets a USB-C charging port. Each extra costs a set price per shell, shown as you pick it. The analog sticks come in seven colours.
I bought a pair of TMRs for my DualSense Edge, and they fit perfectly. The idea of sending the customer a video and photos of the calibration is excellent - it really instills confidence and credibility. Great work!
