Mapping is done on the controller with no software. Fitted, tested, 12-month warranty. Bench time is about 2-3 hours.

How do I get my DualShock 4 to you?
Mail it in from anywhere. In the UK, add a prepaid Royal Mail tracked label at checkout: you get a QR code to show at any Post Office, so there is nothing to print. Outside the UK we email our workshop address and packing instructions. We send it back tracked at no extra charge. In the UK you can also drop it off at our London workshop by appointment.
What if you can't fix my DualShock 4?
No fix, no fee. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair: a fixed-price repair paid at checkout is refunded in full, and you get your DualShock 4 back.
Are the 2 back buttons covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every repair and upgrade we carry out on a controller comes with a 12-month warranty from our London workshop, and we send photos or video of the finished work before it ships back to you.
