Outside the UK we email our workshop address and packing instructions. We send it back tracked at no extra charge. In the UK you can also drop it off at our London workshop by appointment.
What if you can't fix my Switch Pro Controller?
No fix, no fee. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair: a fixed-price repair paid at checkout is refunded in full, and you get your Switch Pro Controller back.
