Stick drift, sticky buttons, a dead battery or a loose charging port: we fix the faults a PS5 DualSense actually gets, on our bench in South London.
Stick drift is the big one. Stock sticks rub on a carbon track every time you move them, and that track wears. You can have new standard sticks, or TMR sticks, which read the stick with a magnet so there is nothing to wear. TMR is the same job and the same price whether you book it here or on the upgrade page.
We also fix sticky or unresponsive face buttons, D-pad and triggers, a controller that won't turn on, poor battery life, the charging port, the headphone jack and liquid damage, and we offer an ultrasonic deep clean.
Every repair is tested before it goes back, and photos or video of the work are available on request. The repair has a 12-month warranty, and it's no fix, no fee.
Drop it at our London workshop by appointment, or mail it in from anywhere. UK orders can add a prepaid Royal Mail label (a QR code at the Post Office, nothing to print), and we send it back tracked for free.

How long will the repair take?
We aim to complete repairs in 1 day, as safely and as soon as possible, however note it can take up to 3-5 days or longer depending on parts availability. When we're busy, a repair or upgrade can be delayed by up to 7-10 working days - we do everything we can to avoid that and keep you updated.
How do I send my controller in?
As soon as you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email. In the UK that includes your prepaid tracked label (if you chose one at checkout) - a QR code to use at your local Post Office. Outside the UK we send our workshop address and shipping instructions so you can post your controller in. Once repaired, we ship it back to you tracked at no charge - UK and international.
I have an unofficial controller, can you repair it?
We only repair official, BattleBeaver, Aim, or SCUF controllers.
Is there a warranty?
We offer a 12 month warranty on all repairs carried out at OG Repairs.
Can you repair a modified controller?
Yes, we can, however it will incur additional charges. Please do add a note on your order if this is the case.
Do you send proof of the repair?
Yes - we send photos and a before/after video showing the fault fixed, so you can be confident in the work before your device is even back in your hands.
Can I drop it off in person?
UK customers can drop off at our London workshop (Unit 9, Hatcham Road, London, SE15 1TR). Mail-in is available worldwide - just choose your preferred option at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
